House rules & Policies

*Covid-19:
- We will do our best to observe social distancing and will wear a mask when we must be in close contact with our guests and while cooking their meals.
- A specific entrance door to the Lanai and Pool & Spa area has been assigned.
- Our Spa & Pool area is open and expect our guests to observe their own social distancing measures while interacting with other guests.

* Check-in Time:
- Check-in is between 3 -9 PM. **If possible, please let us know your time of arrival.
- For late arrival, contact us via email or text.
- Luggage storage is available if the guest room isn't ready.
- If arrival time changes, contact us via email or text the number provided in the confirmation email.

* Check-out Time:
- Check-out time is 12 PM.
- Due to Covid-19 measures, we cannot accommodate late check-out.

* Length of Stay:
- There is a 2 week maximum stay.
- Weekends have a 2 night minimum stay.

* Occupancy:
- Our rooms have a 2 person maximum occupancy.
- Hosts (owners) live on site. The house is not available as a rental.

* Children:
- Cribs or extra beds are not provided. Our rooms are designed for a 2 person occupancy. If your travel plans include children, please let us know before booking so we can determine if we can accommodate the reservation.

* Cancellations:
- There is no cancellation fee.
- If a reservation must be cancelled, contact us as soon as possible.

* Payment & Deposits:
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Full payment is collected at check-in.
- 20% Deposit will be required for reservations of 5 days or more.

* Housekeeping service:
- Housekeeping is provided only when requested.

* Breakfast & Snacks:
- Breakfast is served from 8 - 10 AM.
- Please let us in advance of any dietary restrictions.
- Breakfast of the day will be determined after all guests have checked in and all dietary restrictions have been considered.
- Our complimentary snack bar includes: M&M's, trail mix, peanuts and almonds.

* Smoking:
- Rooms are non-smoking.
- Smoking is permitted in our lanai and pool areas.

* Noise & Parties:
- In consideration for guests and hosts, we request that excessive noise be avoided from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Parties are not permitted.
- We do not accommodate special events on premises.

* Kitchen Use:
- Use of our kitchen is not permitted.

* Pets:
- Support animals are welcomed.
- Family pets are welcomed upon request.
- All pets must be on a leash at all times in all areas.

* Visitors:
- We ask our guests that if they wish to have visitors, to please let us know in advance.
- As a safety measure against Covid-19, we are limiting visitors to a maximum of 2 persons.
- No un-registered guests allowed overnight.

* Security & Safety:
- For extra security: our Front door will be locked at night. Front door code will be provided at check-in.
- All doors must be closed at all times to prevent the family pets from getting out.
- Use of candles in rooms is not permitted.
